No. It is an information and record-keeping tool. It does not apply for accounts or cards, or guarantee approval or rewards.
No. HK Perks Hub is a separate product with separate member access. Buying another Pro subscription does not unlock it.
No. Estimates apply only to supported, verified rules. Eligibility, registration, posted transactions, caps and payouts are determined by the bank. A recorded spending target is not a bank confirmation.
In-app reminders are available. Email verification and notifications are rolling out in stages; check the current app status and keep track of important deadlines yourself.
Enter your dedicated HK Perks Hub member UUID on the activation page. Keep it private. It is an access credential, not a bank card number or payment password.
You can organise records for different cardholders, but a member UUID supports one web session. Activating in another browser may replace the previous session. Do not share your UUID.
The monthly subscription costs US$9.90 for the first month and automatically renews at US$18 per month thereafter. A one-month pass costs US$25 as a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Both include the same SVIP features. Open the Stripe portal from Membership & billing to cancel monthly renewal; access remains until the paid period ends. Contact support about refunds, subject to applicable terms. HK IPO and LOF Pro refund promises do not automatically apply.
